Our Company
Crop Shop was founded in 2021 by the Meile Family in Ulysses, KS. Owner Marvin Meile has been an entrepreneur in the Ag business since 1974 when he founded Marvin's Farm Equipment in Ulysses, KS. Since then he has added a family farm(we wouldn't use it if it didn't work) along with Most recently Crop Shop. Marvin;s Son Nate has spent the last 15 years in Farming and the seeds business holding leadership roles with Syngenta and most Recently Rob See Co out of Elkhorn, NE. Bringing Crop Shop to Market is giving growers choice in an industry that is filled with corporate mergers and buyouts. Competition is how the Family Farm Survives, today and for years to come.

We have heard it over and over through the years "free seed is the worst seed I ever planted".
